Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days without giving any reason. This period expires 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods.
1. How to report a return?
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this in two ways:
- By email: Send the relevant information to info@gr-7.eu (you can use our standard withdrawal form – we will send you a confirmation of receipt).
- By traditional mail: Send a written statement to our return delivery address (provided in Section 2).

Please note: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods (the cost of shipping the package back to us).
3. Refunds
- We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by our shop.
- Important: Due to technical reasons (payment operators do not provide us with the buyer’s bank details), you must provide your bank account details (IBAN number and BIC/SWIFT code) in your withdrawal statement so that we can process the refund.
- We will process the refund immediately, and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement and correct transfer details.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
4. Condition of the returned goods
As a consumer, you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
