Complex Hair Support should be taken orally, 2 capsules a day, during a meal. You can take one capsule in the morning and the other in the evening, or both simultaneously.
Wash down with approximately 200 ml of water.
The best results are achieved when the supplement is used together with GR7 rub-in lotion for a period of 3-6 months!
